1. The service

These terms describe your use of Otti at theotti.com. Otti transforms the perceived identity of your voice using your own recording as the source, while preserving its words, dialect, timing and performance. It does not generate speech, clone voices, or transcribe and regenerate recordings. Voice transformation does not guarantee anonymity or prevent recognition.

2. Your account

Sign in with an email address you control to use the transformation service. Keep your email account and sign-in links secure. You are responsible for the recordings you submit and the way you use and share the results.

3. Recordings and permitted use

Upload or record only content you have the right and any necessary consent to process. You retain your rights in your recordings. You authorise Otti to process them to provide the transformation you request. Do not use Otti for unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, infringement of others’ rights, harassment, or bypassing service security and usage limits.

4. Plans and payment

The free trial includes 15 transformed minutes in total per customer, with a 15-minute limit per recording. The monthly plan is SAR 29 and the annual plan is SAR 299. Paid plans include unlimited cumulative transformations with a 30-minute limit per recording. Review the plan, total charge and renewal details at checkout before paying. Paid access begins after payment is verified. Where automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription renews at the end of its billing period unless you cancel renewal in your account.

5. Processing and downloads

Files must meet the supported formats, size and duration limits shown in Studio. Processing may fail for an unsupported or damaged recording, a connection interruption or a service problem. Review your transformed recording before publishing it. Audio is held in private temporary storage, with deletion scheduled one hour after completion. Download the result before it expires; Otti is not a permanent audio archive.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains account data, temporary audio processing and optional visit analytics. Recordings are not used for training or sent to analytics. Your analytics choice does not affect access to the product.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancel subscription renewal through your account. Requesting account deletion does not itself cancel renewal. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
