Privacy Policy

Otti stores your verified email, optional display name, account and subscription records, and transformation usage to provide sign-in and access. Authentication uses Auth.js, email sign-in uses Resend, and billing records use Stream. Account information remains until an account deletion request is reviewed and fulfilled, subject to required billing records.

Recordings are uploaded only when you choose Transform. Audio is held in private temporary storage while processing and making the result available; deletion is scheduled one hour after completion. Download before the result expires. Otti does not use recordings for training or send them to analytics. Voice transformation does not guarantee anonymity.

With your permission, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to public pages. Google receives technical browser and network information. Account, sign-in, checkout and Voice Studio pages are excluded. We do not send recordings, filenames, account identifiers or arbitrary page query parameters. Only predefined social campaign labels are included. You can allow or disable visit analytics using the control on this privacy page. Declining does not affect the product.

Request account deletion in Account settings. A request does not cancel subscription renewal or immediately delete your account.
